Not-so-random stuff

Our lab hosted a ‘Kid Masterplan for Coastal Management’ workshop on April 27th. Kids worked in groups of three, and each took on role as coastal ecologist, Mississippi River director and city planner in designing, building and protecting Louisiana coast against three challenges (hurricanes, spring flooding and sea level rise. It was a morning full of fun!
